These are the ten rules that governed the production of the entire film:

1. The principal photography must be done over a long weekend (i.e. three days)
2. No more than three characters.
3. The film must be made using available resources.
4. The film must not cost more than the video tape it is made on.
5. The film must be written, produced, filmed, edited and screened within six months.
6. The line, "Look how it pulsates" must be said twice.
7. Penguin Biscuits are banned from the set at all times.
8. David White must act in the film without a beard.
9. Cameron Kerr must act in the film with a beard.
10. If it's not fun, you're not doing it right!
